Laser Hair Removal

Laser Hair Removal

Excessive or unsightly body and facial hair can be annoying to both women and men, difficult to remove, costly and inconvenient. Laser hair removal is a quick but gentle way to remove unwanted hair and is medically proven for permanent hair removal. Each customer's treatment is tailored to their individual hair removal needs, whether in large areas such as the back or intimate areas such as armpits or bikini lines. Our doctors specialize in treating all skin tones, including dark and Asian skin, transgender clients, and skin with polycystic ovary.

Laser hair removal uses precisely controlled pulses of energy absorbed by the melanin or pigment in the hair. When it reaches the active hair follicles, the energy heats the hair to the root and safely destroys it without damaging the surrounding tissues or skin.

The practitioner begins preparing the skin and clearly marks the area to be treated to ensure absolute accuracy. Next, move the handpiece of the laser device over the skin area to activate it. Some people have reported slight stinging, much like a rubber band snaps onto the skin, but you probably won't feel any pain during this process. Safety glasses are provided throughout the procedure.

After the treatment is complete, the laser practitioner applies aloe vera gel. All redness disappears quickly and you will notice the results almost immediately after the first session, depending on the area to be treated.

Treatment lasts 15 to 45 minutes and laser hair removal throughout the body lasts up to 90 minutes.

The laser does not work on white, gray, or red hair because the laser light is directed at the dark pigment melanin. If your hair contains dark pigments, our system will be effective.

Depending on the thickness of the hair and the treatment area, we recommend 6 to 8 treatments for all customers. A maintenance meeting may be required.

Using the latest generation laser system with built-in cooling system, the treatment is almost painless.

No recovery time is required, but sunbeds, sun exposure, and 24-hour exercise should be avoided to avoid irritation. Temporary redness and warmth of the skin may occur and will soon subside.

Both laser and IPL treatments are very popular forms of permanent hair removal. Both use light to warm the hair follicles and prevent them from returning, but the techniques used to deliver the light are actually very different.
